We offer delivery services to Disney World resorts and other select locations in the Orlando, Florida area. Our delivery coverage includes all Disney resort properties, ensuring that you can enjoy fresh groceries during your vacation without the hassle of shopping in person.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery Time: 0 to 1 Business Day

We understand that when you're on vacation, convenience is key. That's why we offer ultra-fast delivery service. Orders placed before 9:00 PM local time will be delivered the next day between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. For orders placed after 9:00 PM, delivery will be completed within 2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on order volume, weather conditions, and resort delivery schedules. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in providing value to our customers. Our shipping cost structure is designed to reward larger orders:

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more qualify for FREE delivery.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of less than $200 will incur an additional shipping fee of $15.

The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, ensuring complete transparency in pricing.

4. How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated based on the subtotal of your order (before taxes, tips, and any discounts). The free shipping threshold applies to the product total only and does not include additional services or fees.

Example: If your grocery order totals $180, a $25 shipping fee will be added. If your order totals $200 or more, you pay $0 for delivery.

5. Order Processing

Once you place an order, our team immediately begins processing it to ensure fast delivery. Here's what to expect:

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
  • Order Preparation: Our team carefully selects fresh products for your order.
  • Quality Check: We inspect all items to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Delivery: Your order is delivered to your resort's front desk or designated delivery location.

6. Delivery Location

All deliveries are made to the front desk or concierge of your resort. Upon arrival, our delivery team will notify you or the resort staff. Please ensure that you provide the correct resort name, room number, and a contact phone number at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

7. Delivery Issues

We strive to ensure every delivery is completed successfully. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately:

  • Late delivery (outside the scheduled time window)
  • Missing items from your order
  • Damaged or incorrect products
  • Delivery to wrong location

Our customer service team is available to resolve any concerns promptly. We may request photos of any damaged items to expedite the resolution process.
